1. Scope of services

Petverse provides planning and coordination for pet care services in supported ZIP codes.

Availability may vary based on local coverage, pod capacity, schedules, and operational constraints. Petverse may offer tools to estimate weekly ranges, preview experiences, or build a care plan. Final service details are confirmed during booking.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Certain services or features may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Petverse support.

We may offer sign-in options such as email links or third-party identity providers. Your use of those providers is subject to their terms.

3. Booking, scheduling, and cancellations

Bookings are confirmed through the Petverse planner and booking flow.

Before you confirm, we show the booking summary, timing expectations, and any cancellation or reschedule rules that apply.

Operational adjustments may be required for safety, coverage, extreme weather, or local constraints. If a change affects your booking, we’ll notify you and offer options when possible.

4. Pricing, payments, and refunds

Pricing shown before booking may include estimates or ranges.

Your confirmed price is shown in the booking flow before you finalize.

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Refunds, credits, or adjustments depend on the service type, timing, and applicable cancellation window. Where available, you’ll see the policy before you confirm.

5. Caregiver relationship and matching

Pet care services are delivered by caregivers who operate within local pods.

Verified caregivers with documented coverage may be matched based on ZIP coverage, capacity, pet profile details, and caregiver availability.

Caregivers may be independent providers depending on service type and jurisdiction. Petverse may provide coordination, tooling, and support workflows through Petverse OS, including scheduling, visit updates, and safety reporting. Coverage is verified during onboarding where applicable.

6. Safety, incidents, and reporting

Petverse provides workflows for reporting and responding to safety issues.

If an incident occurs, follow the Safety reporting route and share relevant details so we can support next steps.

7. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate pet and home information needed to perform services safely.

This may include access instructions, temperament notes, medical instructions, emergency contacts, and any special handling requirements.

You agree not to request unsafe behavior or violate local laws. If safety requirements are not met, services may be paused or rescheduled.

8. Content, messaging, and communications

Petverse may send service updates, booking confirmations, and operational messages via email, SMS, or in-app messaging.

You can manage preferences where available.

If you submit content (messages, photos, notes), you grant Petverse permission to use it to provide and improve the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pet care involves inherent risk.

Petverse provides coordination and support workflows, but outcomes can vary based on pet behavior, environment, and conditions outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petverse’s liability is limited as described here. Additional disclaimers and required notices may apply depending on jurisdiction and service type.

10. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on where services are provided. Additional dispute resolution terms may apply.
