Deposits?
Some plans may require a small deposit to reserve time in your local pod. If used, it’s applied to your first week.
Cancellations?
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. With less than 12 hours’ notice, the service may be charged in full unless a different rule is shown before checkout.
Multi-pet?
Multi-pet homes are supported. Pricing typically scales with total time and handling complexity, not just headcount.
